Terms of Use

General Terms and Conditions: 1. Although we take great care in safeguarding you and your possessions, we will not be held responsible for any loss, damage or injury during your stay. 2. 50% of full payment is required as a deposit to secure any bookings. Deposit payments are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation, or ‘non-arrival’. 3. No persons other than those quoted for, are permitted to share the accommodation. In case of guests sharing accommodation, St Phillips Bed and Breakfast will seek payment at our normal rates. 4. To avoid any misunderstanding, a booking constitutes a binding contract. St Phillips Bed and Breakfast retains the right to seek compensation for any cancelled accommodation, including premature curtailment of stay. 5. The Terms and Conditions of this booking are deemed as being accepted on receipt of your payment.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 10% of the total price of the reservation will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50% of the total price of the reservation will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
